Please be reminded that the "causes" of earthquakes are far from simple for the SIBs, who ARE ABSOLUTELY COMPELLED to increase the mass and size of Earth, are far from simple -- they are tremendously ingenious in every measure of the word. Their tremendous genius and ingenuity is demonstrated in the many and varied ways they carry out the expansion of Earth -- incidentally and unintentionally causing earthquakes. ETNA (which has caused many earthquakes for millions of years) and more recently the SOURCE AND CAUSE of the Feb 28, 2001 SEATTLE EARTHQUAKE.

Live Invisible Matter SIB Egg Element Cells making up Earth's Core are constantly dividing, subdividing, growing and expanding and, in so doing, expanding and fracturing the Shell of Earth's Core in a somewhat pulsed and jerky motion as the fractures occur. And all at the same time, there are live Invisible Matter SIB Egg Element Cells and clusters of Cells in various densities and levels of activity scattered throughout Earth located between Earth's Shell and its surface. At the same time the Core is growing and expanding, they too are dividing, subdividing, growing, shoving and expanding and, in so doing, either alone or in concert with the expansion of the Core, frequently causing disturbances of varying degrees of magnitude on the surface of Earth in the form of volcanoes and earthquakes.

The resulting volcanoes and earthquakes are an after affect, not the intended purpose of the SIBs which, as explained innumerable times before, is to increase the size and mass of Earth. It is their thing, they must do it, and we must accept and live with it. For if they hadn't done it for billions of years, Earth would still be a tiny 500 mile diameter cluster of Invisible Matter SIB Egg Cells totally unfit for Human occupation, that is, if we had been here to give it a try.

Also as explained before, it is our primary objective in this regard to convince the SIBs throughout Earth, that while still meeting their driven objective of increasing the mass and size of Earth -- which they must do -- that they plan and implement more frequent earthquakes but of smaller magnitude in order to minimize to the extent possible the affect on Man and his facilities. BUT, also as constantly explained, we have been basically stopped dead in our tracks by all of THE US GOVERNMENT IDIOTS who have been constantly hampering, harassing and destroying our efforts and now they are getting better at it no thanks to those who are supposed to be in control of these evil moronic idiots -- the President and his administration.

So where does that leave Mankind. No thanks to these rotten moronic evil destructive idiots, we are now placed in a very tragic, possibly to even experience more death-dealing situations such as the recent Afghanistan earthquake and aftershocks where it is now reported that over 2,000 perished and an estimated 24,000 were made homeless.

So it is fully understandable as to just why are we becoming so increasingly alarmed -- for in addition to being attacked constantly by THE US GOVERNMENT IDIOTS doing great damage to our efforts, we have also discovered something entirely new and startlingly different -- what we have given the name of SIBERGENIC CLUSTERS -- an ingenious. automatically self-replicating, self-generating, growing, explosive cluster -- which is being utilized by at least the Asian Continent SIBs to increase the mass and size of Earth and was directly involved in the recent Afghan earthquake.

So needless to say, President Bush, we again and again request you to please stop THE US GOVERNMENT IDIOTS as repeatedly requested of you and when so done and we are so advised, we will proceed with showing the SIBRAY photographs taken deep into the subsurface of Earth at the site of the Afghan earthquake and provide our explanation of the explosive SIBERGENIC CLUSTERS.

And, President Bush, once you get THE US GOVERNMENT IDIOTS out of our way -- permanently -- and inform us such has been accomplished, we will continue with our objective as described above to minimize the effect of earthquakes on Man. The absolute necessity of this should not be difficult to understand?

In the interim, while still awaiting President Bush to act responsibly in this matter, if and as more devastating earthquakes occur -- such as has already happened recently in Taiwan -- don't look at us.
