President George W. Bush,

This is of ultimate importance to a correctly performing Government: for the protection and preservation of Democracy; the Constitution; the personal rights and freedoms of all Citizens of the United States; and for the right of each and every Citizen to advance the knowledge level of the World without being intentionally, viciously and evilly hobbled, harassed and destroyed by malperforming moronic and extremely misguided terroristic US Government departments and their vicious mad dog-like officials. Your attention is called to REFERENCE C, an open e-mail to the attention of a Mr. Ron Dick, head of the FBI NIPC, which is self-explanatory.  

As President of the United States, you most assuredly will agree with the fact that you can not possibly permit such extreme malperformance to continue to exist in Government, contributing to the destruction of Democracy, the Constitution, the personal rights and freedoms of Citizens of the United States and, in so doing, also permanently undermining the integrity of your tenure in the highest office as President of the United States. Therefore, you are hereby requested and most assuredly you will agree, that it is absolutely mandatory that a full investigation be made into the performance of the FBI and in particular the Center which Mr. Dick is responsible for its performance, the NIPC. 

It is also incumbent upon the Administration that, if any parties in the FBI are found to be culpable in any of the many extremely anti-citizen, anti-democracy, anti-constitutional acts that have been taken against Slaughter Engineering, our efforts and achievements and/or for that matter, against any other Citizen or entity, that they must be brought to justice and if found guilty, fined and incarnated to the fullest extent of the law. In the interest of preserving the integrity of Government, democracy and personal freedoms, where such evil and vile culprits are found to be guilty of violating their oaths of office, ignoring democracy and the Constitution, they must not just be given a slap on the wrist but disgracefully dismissed from public service, deprived of all benefits, heavily fined and long incarcerations imposed.  

The same applies to the horribly evil malperforming NASA. Words are inadequate to fully describe the horrendous torture these moronic dog-like idiots have put us though -- with the complicity and evil assistance of the equally despicable FBI NIPC -- resulting in their mostly successful constant attempts to hobble, harass and destroy our highly patriotic efforts -- achievable only by our exclusive efforts with the aid of the SIBs -- to greatly advance the World's knowledge of the Creation of the Universe and of those who have in the past and are still creating it, our friends and Man's great benefactors -- the Super Intelligent Beings, the SIBs.

The permanent irreparable damage and destruction that the horribly evil and destructive vicious mad dog-like officials at NASA and the FBI NIPC have done to the advancement of Mankind's knowledge in these areas is so horrific and tremendous that it is incomprehensible -- a tragic loss to Mankind of infinite magnitude. In a comparison with one of your objectives, it is not only extremely important and mandatory to rid the World of terrorism such as you are accomplishing, it is equally important and mandatory to rid the US Government itself of despicable tyrants who carry out unlawful and horrendous acts of terrorism against its own American citizens.

As explained previously, what has set these especially dumb, revengeful rabid-mad dogs foaming at the mouths and tearing at our throats is their recognition of our vast superiority in space over insane rabid mad dog NAZI NASA. As just one example: whereas it will take NAZI NASA over 6 years for Cassini to reach and obtain data on Saturn at a cost to the taxpayers in excess of over $4 BILLION, if extremely lucky and not another typical failure they will then end up completely misinterpreting the data resulting in a virtually valueless mission. Cassini's fly-by of Jupiter caper has already proved to be valueless for the same reasons -- extremely incompetent and pathetic misinterpretation of collected data.

Conversely, Slaughter Engineering with the volunteered invaluable assistance of our friends, the SIBs, can -- and already has -- discovered by far, far more about Saturn than NASA will ever be capable of learning after the upcoming and future exceedingly costly Cassini type missions and another 50 or more years of basically wasted effort. Whereas for Slaughter Engineering to discover more than NAZI NASA can even dream of, it requires less than a few hours, minimum costs and at no cost whatsoever to the taxpayers in order to discover and post for Public view far more about both Jupiter AND Saturn than NAZI NASA will ever be capable of doing. Multiply that by a thousand times and you will begin to understand why extreme money wasting, egotistical, mean dog evil NAZI NASA with their cohorts in crime against this citizen, the FBI NIPC, are so utterly viciously and stupidly determined to destroy us and our efforts -- and in their evil minds concluding, "to Hell with the Public and Slaughter Engineering's efforts to greatly advance the World's knowledge of Space for our greed, envy and jealousy dictates that only we have the right of space exploration and it is ours, ours, ours." Sickenly poor losers. And since these rabid-mad evil dogs are still at it in many ways hobbling, harassing and destroying our efforts every day in every way, please take every measure necessary to stop them immediately including, if necessary, placing them under house arrest.

Also be assured again that we are not against Government but only very much opposed and dedicated to ousting those cozily ensconced in Government who use their trusted positions to do great harm against our own citizens -- which the NASA and FBI NIPC unbelievably despicable and evil malperforming officials most assuredly and sickenly have done and are continuing to do. Justice must be done to preserve and protect democracy.

Considering the extreme importance of this matter to the current and future integrity of Government and to the advancement of Man's knowledge of the Universe and of those creating it, it is requested that you please arrange to provide a copy of this e-mail to all other Members of the Cabinet and to all Members of Congress.

Tragically, for reasons not yet fully understood -- except possibly for a fruitless and extremely unwise attempt at the defense of the inadequacies of NAZI NASA -- President Bush has apparently failed to use the required good judgment to take the actions as requested of him above. As a consequence, the rotten to the core, extremely evil, democracy and Constitution destroying FBI-NIPC is continuing to hobble, harass and destroy our efforts depriving the World of a very major, highly significant percentage of extremely valuable and useful knowledge about the Universe which no other entity including NAZI NASA can provide except Slaughter Engineering.
